As Wendy said, a picture would be very helpful. Also, what are your parameters?
It's really hard to say what could be going on, it does sound like stress from your description and they just may need a couple of days to settle in.
You mentioned they are albino but yellow - are they golden albino like my avatar? My girl is a golden and her feathers do fade from time to time but return to normal after about a day - this is also okay. She is not a uniform yellow but yellow with white spots, normal in golden albinos.
Without a pic and some more details, I cannot say that this is what is going on exactly, but just a suggestion. Take care.
