I agree with Mewsie about her weight she looks healthy to me! The only thing I would be concerned about are the forward pointing gills - again with Mewsie lol (no point in me writing this is there?!) Anything that could have caused her a little stress or was that just some form of water movement at the time of photo?

Just out of curiosity do you have a before picture? From when you thought she looked well. Maybe we could compare the gills? To me though it doesn't look bad because my axolotl Alan has black going through her gills, but she also looks like she's wearing glasses lol.

Oh I focused so much on the gills almost forgot about the eating. How long since she last ate and what's her usual diet? =]
