Hey guys recently purchased some moss but after researching, I can't tell if it's Sphagnum or not? Where I got it from just says 'Terrarium Sheet Moss' a.k.a Sheet moss.

Also I've read about Peat being bad. I plan on purchasing this but need to know whether it's okay or not. It has the list of ingredients on there -
