First of all this question needs to be posted in the help section, not here. I'm sure that a moderator will move it soon. What kind of newt do you have? If it is not native to your area then I would not suggest moving it outside because of possible contamination to your local environment. Also, newts can be escape artists so any outdoor enclosure would have to be carefully thought out, not only with keeping the enclosure escape proof but also keeping predators out. The micro climate inside the enclosure will also need to be carefully considered.
