Banned pond plants?

any one know of a definitive source on banned plants in the US? i wanted to list some for sale but it seems frog bit is banned in most states in the US and now it appears that elodea is banned!http://www.fnzas.org.nz/plant_survey/aquarium_plants/?user_plants=78&cHash=99ce496a87
now i am wondering about java moss too!

You are aware that is a New Zealand site you linked to in the post..

In any case you need to check both the state and federal listings of injurious'invasive plants to see what is banned in each state.

no, ed (and all), sorry a blond moment about the elodea link. it is listed here though too http://www.invasive.org/weeds.cfm . interestingly frog bit is not on the national list posted here.
