Yep, that's funny. But the Chinese characters used there mean "four-legged" fish (or "four-footed" if you prefer -- and not that the newt is 4 feet in length!

That I can understand, but I wonder what the explanation is for "water eight dog"!

It is intereting and I dont understant it as well. It seems like this "water eight" is used by Newt only. Or maybe only for CFB as well.

Any Guess? Maybe CFB look like a dog and in the water while moving in a eight shape as it swim?
