How much food

My new little guys are about 2 1/2-3 inches how much and how often should I be feeding them?
 
I feed mine twice a day - mine are 1 -2inches and love eating mozzy larvae, live bloodworm and baby earthworms.

It depends on what you feed them, with mine because they eat live food, it doesn't matter if I put a bit more in with them as they don't foul the water like frozen bloodworm. I usually suck up a few mosquito larvae and a couple of bloodworms morning with turkey baster and drop them in each of their containers, and then add a few more or 2 baby earthworms as well in the evening if it looks a bit empty. Usually their containers are empty by next morning.

Thanks I was feeding one time a day. They were splitting one about one cube a day and still looking for food after words.
