Recently I lost one of my axies, I had her for around 5 or 6 years.

I have another one which is currently not eating. He is in the fridge at the moment, as the weather recently has been warm.. And he hasn't eaten for about a week (He has done in the past before).

My question is, how would I go about introducing a new axie, to the existing one? Is this a good, or bad idea?

If good, how should I go about it exactly? Should I keep the 2 of them seperated for a while or?

Any ideas?

Are they about the same size?

Keep it separate quarantined for at least 30 days, this is to ensure your older one doesn't get sick in case the new one may have something that could make him sick.

If they're the same size I assume your tank's big enough and just really keep an eye on them when s/he's put in the tank. I assume you have another cave/hidey hole for it anyway, and just when feeding nudge them apart abit so they don't inadvertently snap at each other when going for food.

I generally have found based on my ones, and introducing newbies that as long as they're of similar size and fed enough and have space/plants or caves to hide or separate them then they should be ok.
