is it possible for axolotls to morph or not if so how???

Some may morph naturally. This is very rare. Forcing your axolotl to morph usually kills it.
 
There's a picture of a morphed axie on the front page of axolotl.org, at the bottom of the page. There's information on the site about it as well.
 
Most axolotls have genetically lost the ability to morph. Again, trying to force an axolotl to morph will probably kill it. It's very rare that a non-wildcaught axolotl will morph.
