Yeah they can from the seller. I know hes from Japan, but his English is not at all good!
I waited 8 weeks and it took around 30 emails before i got mine.. appentley they got lost in the post, im not sure if they didnt or not. So just beware they may take a while.
There are only 3 in the set, but was lucky to get them, as quite a few people were bidding on them.. How much did you pay?

I payed $6 each. That's not too bad. They said they would ship them off Monday, so hopefully they will get here in a few weeks. that's terrible you had to wait so long, Kim! Glad you were able to get them though

Mine took about 2 weeks I think (I've bought from him a few times, so I don't know for sure). I've ordered other things from Japanese sellers, and that's about average. Postal service from Japan takes a long time, and their UPS-like service is super-expensive.
It's strange, because you would think that with all the goods being exchanged, it would be a lot faster.
