Swollen Stomach

My axi, Church, has a swollen stomach. I've been feeding him chicken liver. There are no signs of discomfort, he isn't floating or anything, and still eating. Any ideas why his tummy should be so fat?

It could just as easily be plain old fat as this is where the fat pads are stored.
