Handling Axies

Hey just a question..
Is there a safe/correct way to hold your axie when need be say for transporting him to a different tank etc..

I do know your not to hold axies for like a pleasure thing only when they need it.
 
Most people recommend using a soft net to scoop them up, and then supporting the net from underneath while keeping your hand over the top to keep them from splashing out.

You could also use a large bowl and herd it into the bowl to move it.
