Anna (rexia) as i caller it is really skinny and refuses to eat. any ideas, there doesnt seem to be anything externally wrong with them temp is around 19degrees

is the tank cycled? there could be lots of reasons anna isnt eating, she could have stones in her gut and then gets moved to a new home with a possibly un-cyled tank. lots of stress so just keep things cool, gravel free and dim near the tank and see if she perks up. water changes will be needed in a un-cycled tank though

good on your for rescuing an axie, www.axolotl.org has some good info to start you off

And try a wide variety of foods too! When I first got my 2 axies I had to feed them different types for a while till they both started to enjoy the same meals.

try using floating fish sticks, they aren't very filling but might give them a appetite, they tend to swallow them when they come to the surface for a gulp of air, just be careful because some float turn fluffy. not good!

don´t use fish sticks that float, axies spend most of their time in the bottom of your tank, use pellets for bottom fish. Also when any kind of animal get´s sick they respond better to live food try to get some live blood worms.
