KKK Axolotl?

Hey all, having a problem with my two axi's, ive owned one of my axi's for about a month now she is about 15-17cm (white not albino) and i purchased anonther the other week and shes dark black with dark green spots and about 12-15cm, neways when inroduced my black one into the tank they got along for a couple of days then the white one has started attacking my black one. Tank is about 22L,small filter, with polished river rocks and a hollow hiding log. i think having just one log does not help but can anyone tell me why this is happening? is it just a matter of getting used to each other if so, how long will it go on for? any info would be great. cheers.
 
it seems your tank is rather small so not having enough territory could make them fight. place a divider in your tank if possible, you should be able to get one from you LFS. sometimes axies do nip at each other though, they might mistake the movement for food
 
Adam - Axolotls fight for territory and some axolotls do not tolerate tank mates, ever.

Some adjust after time but they need lots of hiding places to get away from each other, and they need to be kept well fed.

Your tank is only about 5 US gallons that is not big enough for one axolotl let alone 2.
