i have strange red lumps on one of my two-lines
they look like small red orbs with tiny, almost micro white lines on them, there aren't alot of them only 7 or 8. Can anyone tell me what they are? and i can't get a good pic of them

Without a pic we can guess at anything from a neoplasm to a metabolic disorder but it is all just guessing. Even witht he pic it is still a guess but at least it is educated to a degreeso I guess what I am saying is even a bad pic may help. You can try to move him to a dish or plate with a wet papertowel and see if you can get a better snap that way.

the thing is A:i don't have a good enough camera, all pic are so bad that you can barely make out the outline of the salamander, and B: they're all on his belly and as you can imagine it's pretty hard to take a good pic of something's belly

update

somehow the lumps almost completely gone the only thing left is a small, white, triangler scar on his chin where the largest one was

These sound almost like chigger infestations. They form as small red/orange bumps on the dorsal surfaces. Larval mites burrow into the skin and encapsulate themselves, but after some period of time (still unknown) chiggers mature and crawl out of the skin leaving just a small scar until that area of skin is shed. Similarly, without pics, its hard to tell. Glad to hear your sal is feeling better!
