Axie with acne

I recently bought a leucistic female axie (Leui) approximately 2 weeks ago and she hasn't eaten this entire time that I've had her. I own 2 other axies and they're eating enough to be reminisicent of pigs. Anyway, a few days ago little Leui developed a pus filled lump on her head. Quite disturbing. Could this lump harm her health in any way or explain why she isn't eating? Ammonia, nitrite and pH are all fine. So is the temp. Is she just stressed?
 
On the subject of Leui not eating, my friend and I have tried nearly every possible food which includes:
+ pellets
+ frozen blood worms
+ frozen adult brine shrimp
+ live black worms
+ meal worms
+ earth worms
+ feeder fish
+ my finger

Nothing seems to work :(
 
a pic might help someone identify what is wrong with her.
just a thought, did you quarantine her for 30 days before placing her with the others, just incase she had something wrong that could affect the others?
