I am in prep. for this type of salies arrival. It is listed as a palm salamader.I understand they can prove to be difficult captives. Is this true?I want to give this creature the best shot possible now that its captive. Please give some tips on plants prey items and humidity. I keep a few P.savi(waxing monkey frogs) and they like it dry but the air humid. I mist around them and every now and again water their substrate. Could this method work for the palm? Im thinkin an aborial set up with a fogger and a few broad leaved bromileads from tropaflora terra section. Please help.
 
Are you sure it is Bolitoglossa capitana? Amphibiaweb states: "It is known from only six specimens, and is thought to be a rare species; no specimens have been found recently despite surveys at the type locality."

This info could be outdated...but it seems strange and disturbing to me that this critically endangered specie is offered in the pet trade, even though it's CITES status is not listed. Is it WC/CB? Do you know more about where it came from?
