There was 2 years that I have 3 (1 male and 2 females) of Ambystoma opacum and I can not reproduce them.

Could anyone help me? How should I do?

Thank you

A. opacum imprint on their natal sites, so it is likely that they will never reproduce in captivity. Your best chances for captive breeding is wild-harvesting some eggs and hatching them out. The larvae you raise up have a better chance of reproducing in captivity, having imprinted on the captive environment. Ed Kowalski has reported success using this method.
