Can you get a fertilized egg in the mail and hatch it in water when you get it? Just wondering because I think it would be nice to have one from beginning to end. I think I have heard of it but to make sure..

Yes you can get eggs in the mail but make sure you have alot of live food for them.

Freshly hatched babies are only about 1cm long, and they need food like newly hatched brine shrimp, baby daphnia, finely chopped blackworms. Minnows aren't really the best food, and only adults would be big enough to eat them.
