I'm as happy as can be to be officially signed up. I have been researching Axolotls for some time now, popping in and out here reading all of the helpful advice. I now have two Axolotls, a wild named Anagi, and a lucistic named Darwin. They live in a 55gal tank, currently seperated as Anagi is only around 4" and Darwin 4 1/2"-5". So hard to measure them sometimes. lol My entire family has fallen in love with these little guys and I'm currently setting up a tank for my Mother who now wants one.

I love it. I've gotten mine and now hers from the local pet store; I trust my girl, she owns Axolotls herself and has helped me before in other fishy areas (I also have a brackish tank with a purple Dragon Goby and a Green spotted puffer, and then two Bettas in different parts of the house) Hopefully a cute 'Gfp' will come in with the order next week and I will add him to my home(seprate 10 gal tank until he's old enough to go in with the others.) My home and my life has become Axolotl all the way! lol Thanks to Caudata.org for having a safe forum for us lovers of the unusual and magnificent to go. Angelique
