Updates, Minor forum software upgrade, and user list flush

Dear all,

There were sufficient under-the-hood improvements to the latest version of the forum software that I decided to upgrade it and did so a few minutes ago. I disabled posting at the time.

I'm letting you know about it because if you spot any strange behaviour that wasn't happening before, please let me know and I'll make sure it's fixed.

I've also disabled posting for unregistered users because I was getting tired of approving queued messages (lazy old me!).

I've also just flushed the user list again.

I noticed an issue already and fixed it (weird formatting of the messages in certain circumstances). If anyone sees anything like this, please let me know.

I know some users have had occasional problems accessing the board topics on occasion due to a bug in the database access routines. I believe this new version fixes that issue too but please let me know if anything weird happens at all.
