This is a discussion on What kind of Newt/Sal(s) do you have? within the Off-Topic forums, part of the General Discussion & News from Members category; I only have the two p.walti at the moment but I plan to get a axolotl....

I keep:
Salamandra salamandra terrestris (Solling), Salamandra fastuosa and Triturus pygmaeus. Next time: I. alpestris apuanus and i search T. marmoratus, carnifex and alpestris cyreni...

I have just two species now, alpine newts and tiger salamanders.
Used to have axolotls but downsized my house and couldn't fit them in

Impressive species here! Some of them I've never seen apart from books.
I do have 12 species of caudats (profile) and would really like to expand. L. italicus is on my list!

i only have once species that's an eastern tiger salamander but i do plan on getting a fire salamander and a couple of axolotls when i move.

Hmm, I don't get the system . Anyway I think this will do just fine.

1. A. Macrodactylum, ( Long toed saly ). hoping to get a male.
2. Juvenile T. Granulosa, ( rough skinned newt ).
4. Adult T. Granulosa, ( rough skinned newt ). 3. female 1. male.
