Bathroom vandal, apprehended!

Default Bathroom vandal, apprehended!
So there's been some grief at Molch's work over who always makes such a mess in the bathroom.

Molch did some sleuthing and was able to video the vandal in flagranti!

Come to think of it, we had a similar problem at our workplace, only our bin wasn't fastened in place so we just moved it. Now the hand dryer blows the soap pump off the nearest sink if the air catches your hands at the correct angle
