Ok so I keep my pillbugs in a bug keeper thing in my dark garage. I went down and turned over a rock and saw tons oflittle white things that looked like minipillbugs. Are these larvae?

That's a Polypterus ornatapintis. Quite cool fish. When they are younger they have more yellow or orange on them, but mine at least always got lighter with age (at least not as colorful, the browns became darker, the lights got lighter).
