Earthworms have a pretty good calcium: phosphorous ratio. But you can dust them in a plastic bag.

Care should be taken when using limestone as a source of calcium for animals as some limestones can have levels of phosphate as high as 12% (see http://books.google.com/books?id=nw2...esult&resnum=7)

Other than that, just as Kaysie noted, the shaking the worm in a container is the way to accomplish it

I only dust once a week is that ok or should i reduce it.

I would dust your worms once a month for the gigliolli, the terrestris dont really need it, but you can do them at the same time.
You only need a little bit on the worm as it tastes horrible and the sals will spit it out.
