Cool Herping at the creek.

I just went herping, like 10 minutes ago and observed countless southern two lined salamander larvae, about 5 southern two lined cole springs phenotype adults and 10 juveniles of that phenotype. I also observed 3 adult northern slimy salamanders, one 2 inch, one 4 inch, and one 7 inch.

I would have loved to have seen some photo's of these, and the places you found them.

Sorry I didn't bring a camera with me, but the larvae were all in the river, and the phenotypes were under the rocks on the muddy island in the river.
