Heres a pic my girlfriend took the on her mobile [cell]phone the other week of one of my verrucosus.

I was trying them out on trout pellets , and as usual they headed straight for the food bowl, this one catching a pellet on its head.
He stood like this for over 10 minutes before swimming off.

I dont know what he can do for an oncore, but I will keep my camera handy incase he gets up to anything else.
I have found T verrucosus to be the most entertaining of all newts,and they have loads of character.
That is why the the tank is set up in my front room for all visitors to the house to see.
