I figured out how to use my camera better, so I got some great pics of my newt, Franklin,

ALso, I was wondering, he NEVER likes to go in the water, just prefers to stay on land.. thats ok, right?

Looks young. Young ones may become extrictly terrestrial after morphing or at some point before becoming adults. It will eventually go into the water...just be patience Click the image to open in full size.
Feed it well and keep the water in good conditions...it´s just a matter of time .

you might want to fatten it up a little more(can see its back hips)

I've been trying to fatten him up, I feed him lots of bloodworms Click the image to open in full size. I got him at a local pet store, I really want more Click the image to open in full size.

I hope he does get fatter, I did notice that he looks awfully thin, but then again the pet store where I got him really knew nothing about how to keep them....
