Hi,
my Plethodon cinereus are very active and feed on crickets as usual. They are in the cellar for hibernation, the temperature is 5,2C. Is that usual?

Yep. They do not "hibernate". There are records in the literature of cinereus incubating eggs in the winter.

A bit off topic but...we were having some fairly warm weather up until that snowstorm last weekend and and just a few nights before found the biggest Cinereus I've ever seen in my driveway trying to tackle a huge worm. It was probably close 7 inches TL and very fat.
