Can I keep warty newts with fire bellied newts

This is a discussion on Can I keep warty newts with fire bellied newts within the Warty Newts (Paramesotriton & Laotriton) & Paddletail Newts (Pachytriton forums, part of the Species, Genus & Family Discussions category; I have got three fire bellied newts and I was wondering if you could put warty newts in with them...

Warty Newts (Paramesotriton & Laotriton) & Paddletail Newts (Pachytriton Often sold incorrectly as Japanese fire-bellied newts, these territorial newts are distinct from other genera and very interesting in their own right.

I have got three fire bellied newts and I was wondering if you could put warty newts in with them

no, apart from the fact that paramensotriton are fairly agressive, species mixing is a bad idea with most caudates species, how ever appealing the idea may seem
