Default New to Waterdog

Hi today I bought an amazing cutie a tiger salamander larva. So I really like him as the way he is but I want him to be a salamander too so about care and stuff its ok I did my research and stuff. But first of all how much will he take to turn into the new stage how can I help him develop more quickly rather than stay like this for a long long long time don't get me wrong I want him to take his time but just to know? Requirements for his aquarium ?

Feed him well and often, and keep him clean. Tiger salamanders will grow faster if fed well, and that should lead to a faster transformation. You are looking at a few months of waiting time. There is plenty of information on Caudata Culture describing tiger salamanders (and axolotls - which require nearly identical care when larvae).
