Default Cloudy eyes on lungless sals

Hey there, Ive got a Plethodon cylindraceus in my group that has developed one cloudy eye. Hes the only one with the illness also the thinner and smaller one. The others look just fine.
I suspect its a gram bacteria problem which happens to be my fault since the setup media isn't exchanged for a long time and I believe the extreme filth of the setup contribute to it. That's why i'm going to exchange all for new fresh media so it doesn't spread. But would also love to know what other measure I could take to make the little guy be back to normal again.
Any treatments or other measures I could take?
Thanks in advance. Please help with any info you can provide.

Cheers.

I would keep it cool, clean, isolated and well ventilated with plenty of clean moss to hide in. Try to find out if it is eating. If you can, some veterinary advice would be good, I don't know if you can either send off a swab for culturing somewhere if you can't go yourself, or get some broad spectrum antibiotics for both gram negative and positive bcteria from a local vet and try it out.
