Hi

I got some tiny tiny white dots organisms swimming in the tank.
I have no idea where they came from, anyone can help?
do i have to do anythg ? are they harmful to axie ?

They are unlikely to be directly harmful, but if there are a ton of them, they are telling you something about your tank ecosystem (too much leftover nutrients perhaps). To answer the "what to do" question, see:
