Monday: Chopped earthworms/night crawlers
Thursday: Frozen brine shrimp
Sunday: Chopped earthworms/night crawlers
Wednesday: Frozen blood worms

and so on Does this look good, or should I be feeding him the night crawlers more often? Maybe reduce the blood worms/brine shrimp to once a week? I could alternate them (so week one he'd have a day where he got blood worms, week two he'd have a day where he got brine shrimp and the rest of the time he'd get night crawlers)- I just want him to have some variation in his diet. The pet store also sells frozen beef heart now- what are your feelings on that?

As for his tank, I'm worried it may be too crowded. I put a new hide in there recently, and though he seems to love it, it dramatically cut down on his swimming space available. Pictures, once again with apologies for the quality:
