I've always thought that sword plants were green. The ones I have in my tank have always been green. I recently as of about less then a week or so I purchased a plant light. It has low to medium lighting bulbs. The Sword plants leaves are turning bright red. They aren't wilting or dieing, and are getting bigger and bigger everyday. Are there species of Sword plants that are red? Some of the leaves have red spots while others are all red. It is rather becoming, but I hope that it is not because my plants are dieing or something and just tricking me. I'll post up some pictures when I get some time. Been too busy lately to get any. |
