Default Juveniles leg/hand bitten off, to fridge or not to fridge?

About 10 juveniles in a 20 gallon long tank. A couple of them have a hand or leg missing. Will I need to seperate, fridge or saltbath them? If the water is cold and clean, it seems they could stay in there. They have hiding spaces.

How old are the juveniles?

Separation is probably the best course of action, and make sure you are feeding often. Juveniles are especially 'snappy' when hungry, and limbs might get bitten off. Not to worry, they will regenerate.

They hatched on Feb.25th 2008

I am feeding baby brine shrimp and frozen bloodworms.

Should I put them in plastic tubs?

Sounds like they should be old enough to eat pellets by now. The limbs should easily grow back at that age. Keeping them in cool clean water should be enough to fight off infection, they should heal over pretty quick.
