Question Parameter levels mg/l

Hi,

I'm in the middle of cycling my tank and have been reading about different peoples parameters.

My Question is when you take a test for ammonia for example and your readin is 0.3 mg/l

Is that your amonia level?

Or would it be 0.3 multiplied by how many litres of water you have in your tank?

Im not sure if someone else has thought of this or if this is just an obvious thing and i havn't picekd up on it as of yet.

Thanks.

The figure you obtain will be the concentration. You do not need to convert it any further.
