my axolotl has been stressed for the last few days i did a 40% water change and put in new plants and she has been terrified
she also hasnt pooed in 5 days

her blalance seems off her head is always down and she just doesnt seem herself

i just put her in the fridge but ive never doen that before and im really worried

no vets near me take axolotls
and im in my last week at uni and have work to hand in and tests to do all week
im so worried!

if your axy is stressed out use stress coat. It can help but its not guarenteed. I don't know if it will work for you but you could try.

i might try to get some but i have so much to do i cant go for a couple of days..

she is in the fridge and im hoping she will pass the gravel which i think is the problem.

Jordan - Stress Coat is more for helping with skin problems. If your axolotl gets cut or has skin sluffing problems, or has accidently been out of water, things like that.

she was in the fridge a couple of days passed some gravel and seemed perkier
she has now been transferred to a tank that she is being kept in while sand is put in her tank and cycled, the tank is plastic and she doesnt seem to like it much she doesnt use her back legs at all, she just never has (ive had her only about 3 months now) i think it must have been some problem she was born with but she doesnt seem to like walking around on plastic much.
normally she gets around fine
