Default Small green growths on juvenile axie

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with an Axolotl with skin-tag-looking green pigmented growths? Not exactly sure how old he/she is, but I've had it for about a month. The "tags" are on it's head/behind it's back legs. It's a white axie, so it's easily seen. I tried getting a picture, but you can't see it well... Any ideas as to what this could be? Thanks in advance for the help!!

I should add that he is showing no other sign of illness. Great appetite, normal activity level, and I just had my water quality tested and it was great!

Are you talking about the normal 'freckles' some white axolotls get? Does your axolotl have dark eyes?
