Question "Burned" gill, it's a problem?

Hi everybody, what's up.

2 days ago, i bought a new leucistic axolotl and i need your opinion. Check it out please:

Fungus? bacterial? nothing? he/she has a normal life.

Thank you, if the axolote have problems i would like save him, please.
