What babies will I get?

Axolotl Eggs, Larvae & Breeding Eggs everywhere, how did that happen? Will it be albino or wildtype?

Default What babies will I get?
I'm not an expert on axolotl genetics. It's a bit complicated.

My axies have laid their first clutch of eggs. The father is a wild type, and the mother is a melanoid-leucistic. I don't know what their respective parents are... but could anyone tell me if there's a chance of me getting anything asides from Leucistic and Wild?

If the father has a recessive gene for another phenotype and the mother shares that gene, it could show up in the offspring. You'd have to know their genetics to know for sure though!

With that pairing, it's hard to tell. Like Silver said, you could get just about anything, depending on the recessive genes.

once you figure out the ratio of colours displayed in the offspring you can work out the genetics of the parents. Good luck :)
