Can you give a link, or a longer description of the product? I can think of a couple of products that some seller might try to call "instant BBS". If you notice missing limbs, it's time to separate them

My local K-mart is carrying this, will grab some tonight and report back tomorrow. Also if you put the product into Google Shopping, there are multiple vendors carrying this with free shipping. |

Upon closer inspection, since they aren't alive.. I'd rather hatch out my own bbs if anything.

For axie larva the "instant bbs" isn't a good option. Larva respond to the movement of the bbs as a stimulant to snap at them and eat. It's best to just hatch bbs to use since the instant kind aren't alive. To get a faster hatch and higher hatch rate you can use "decapsulated" brine shrimp eggs to make it a little easier. I've found that you don't really need to aerate the water, brine shrimp eggs will just hatch on their own in the salt and water solution. |

Loved reading this thread, and then the last comment, funny. I think if instant bbs had been any good, it would probably be sold out!!!! or treble the price. Looks like we just have to put up with the smell and the sound of bubbling (boo).
