What is this?

Axolotl Eggs, Larvae & Breeding Eggs everywhere, how did that happen? Will it be albino or wildtype?

Hard to tell. Do you feed pellets? The thing that comes to mind are pellets covered in Saprolegnia or maybe some fungus.
