Default Newts around Michigan?

I was wondering if there is anyone who breeds newts in Michigan. Due to the ban it has been difficult to find anything here. I am mainly looking for asian or middle eastern species (tylototriton, neurergus) but am open to european species as well, or anything else that might be interesting. I am also open to eggs as I know they can travel freely across borders, however would prefer animals if possible. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I currently have Danube crested newt babies in West Michigan. They are about 4 weeks old, just getting their back legs. They are currently feeding on brine shrimp, so may be a little while until you want them (until I get them on bloodworms).

Talking Re: Newts around Michigan?

USARK just had the lawsuit settled in their favor, allowing for interstate travel of the 201 species of salamander within the continental US. You should have a much easier time finding what you are looking for now
