Unhappy African clawed frog bloating HELP!

hi, I'm really worried about 2 of my frogs, because they both have bloat, one of them is really big, and the other one is getting bigger. Please can someone help, these frogs mean everything to me. thank you.

This has some basic info about causes of bloat:

Treatment would typically be to remove the fluid with a syringe and then keep the animal in Amphibian Ringers solution (a mixture of various salts at the same concentrations as what is in the animal's blood). If the cause is bacterial, then antibiotics would be used. However, you'd probably need veterinary help for any of this, and there's no guarantee that they would be cured no matter how well treated.
