Good news on the frog lol, they can hide very well in a tank. If you give him a couple of weeks to recover see if he will start breeding. Has he developed black hands/forearms yet?

Caudata.org Newt and Salamander Forum - JodieBromilow's Album: My African Clawed Frogs - Picture interesting mottling on the back legs, did it develop suddenly or has it always been like that ? unusual to see that on the underside of an acf, reticulated/mottling tends to be on the top side of them.

Hi Jodie, I see you may be interested in A.andersoni, as Janine says dartfrog have them sometimes, Reptile One | Exo-terra | Zoo-med | T-rex | Eurorep these guys do monthly shipments from the eu, you may beable to order some from them but they are pretty pricey, expect to pay £130+ each for small juvies.

hi Jodie, I dont post any amphibian as it is against the law, they need to be couriered and that makes it econmomicaly unviable to send as they are so cheap. ACF are readily available from many pet shops so you shouldnt have many problems finding some more, I would offer to send you some eggs when mine next lay but I have had no luck at posting frog eggs and all the batches I have posted have failed. Good luck with them, they are a really cool frog.

I got my andersons from a website called dartfrog.co.uk, I don't know if they have any in at the moment but you can always email in and ask. The price was quite high. But they're really beautiful and the shipment is fast-plus I haggled for a slight discount. Good luck and thanks
