    Hi Suzi,
I just came across your care sheet post.
    http://www.caudata.org/forum/f46-beg...-have-one.html
I am wondering if I can hand it out to people asking questions about them?
Do you have any other care sheets that would help new owners out?

Really? ::hugs:: thank you! so nice of you to keep an eye out :) if i get some eggs there will be much posting and pics! It's getting colder here so the drop in temp in my tank may trigger some breeding i hope! ::fingers crossed for breeding and just eggs in general::

The site is very informative, i sell axolotls and would be happy to direct people to your site for start up info. One of the problems with noobs hitting the forums and asking advice is the differences of opinion that come up, lol, they often end up more confused than when they started, so having all the basic info on one site can only be good. I look forward to you doing an advanced care site!!! you will have your work cut out on that with all the various tank care methods lol, though i am sure you would do a good job.

    Hi Suzi,

Thanks for the advice - I will go and check out our local store here in town they sell bait worms which I'm sure are earthworms and go with those. You made an excellent point about neighbours using pesticides, I never thought of that. Thanks again. Very much appreciated.

    Hi Suzi,

Thanks for sending me the care sheet info for new axolotl owners. It was very helpful and I'm sure I will be referring to it constantly. I hope you don't mind if I ask one question; when you mention not to feed them anything from the wild, do you mean that we should not dig up earthworms from the backyard and instead source them from somewhere else such as the petshop ? I have been feeding my fellow earthworms from the yard but I'm sure there are no chemicals or pesticides that have been used in that area... Thanks again for your help. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy being a member of Caudata.
