Oh I'm not at the level for breeding yet..
I use exactly the same places as you and purchase my worms from a great eBay guy from Yorkshire. I've just got some great LED lights from eBay and installed them as soon as I got home today haha
Were you interested in the filter at all? its just taking space up in my bathroom at the minute and will be off to the tip soon unfortunately.

They have axolotls in a couple of not so good pet places local to me, and one good place in Washington.
I got mine fully grown with the tank from a guy moving house - and they breed pretty much every year (if you are interested in raising eggs/babies).
As for good places to get accessories, plants, etc. I'm not really sure,
I have found a local(Sunderland) cherry shrimp breeder which I plan on using in the future
Other wise I get my dechlorinator from wilkos and my plants and decor from the internet(usually ebay), decor occasionally from pets at home if I find a nice bit of wood.

Hi everyone Im a bit of a newb compared to every one here but also an absolute nerd and have spent years convincing my mr axolotls wont leave the tank lol I spend most nights roaming through old threads/posts and coming up with new ideas for my tank (geeeek).
Im a working mam of one and come from Newcastle in England. I've a patterdale rescue dog who is now 9 and 2 axolotls, if my mr wasnt so weary of all things slimy or scaly Id have a house full of lizards, salamanders, turtles.. oh the list goes on lol
Id love to hear all your stories and see pix so feel free to say hi!
