Question: Blue Spotted Salamander Allowed in California?

Hey guys first time posting but I had a question about blue spotted salamanders being allowed in California because from what I've seen it seems like all ambystoma aren't allowed to be shipped into California.

If someone could answer the question above that would be nice thank you in advance.

A blue spotted is in the Ambystoma family so those rules would apply.
