Is my axolotl a female and going to lay eggs?

My axolotl has big belly for days, I don’t know if it’s a male or female but it got fat very quickly than the other, and have a round big part behind the back legs for some days. Can anyone tell if it’s pregnant? What should I do? My tank is quite empty, I only put a few corals and rocks. Thanks.

No, apparently it was sick, organ failure i think, and died 2 months ago. Thanks for asking.

There's no treatment for organ failure, unfortunately.
